128 BGS 2017 A Brasil Game Jam teve como tema a atualização do aplicativo Cartola FC , jogo de futebol em que é possível escalar times com conhecidos futebolistas. Participantes tiveram 48 horas para criar o projeto e participar de uma votação entre os visitantes e uma equipe da Rede Globo. Os prêmios para os vencedores foram um minidrone e uma visita aos estúdios da Globo. Além de trazer o campeonato anual de Dota 2 , a Brasil Game Cup estreou o UNILoL, o primeiro torneio promovido pelo programa universitário da Riot Games. A disputa contou com quatro universidades e a vencedora foi a UFABC Storm (com a UTFPR WasDevils em segundo e a Unicamp Tritons em terceiro), consolidando o eSports no Brasil. Brasil Game Jam's theme was the update of the Cartola FC application, a soccer game in which is possible to put together teams with well- known footballers. The participants had 48 hours to create the project and deliver it to participate in a voting by the visitors and by a Globo Network team. The prizes for the winners were a mini- drone and a visit to Globo studios. In addition to bringing the annual Dota 2 championship, Brasil Game Cup debuted UNILoL, the first tournament promoted by the Riot Games university program. The competition had four universities and the winner was UFABC Storm (with UTFPR WasDevils in second and Unicamp Tritons in third), consolidating eSports in Brazil.
