Todos eles receberam o troféu Lifetime Achievement Award Diretamente do Japão, vieram Shota Nakama (compositor gamer e criador da Video Game Orchestra), Mitchiteru Okabe (produtor de Devil May Cry 5 ), Yoshinori Ono (produtor de Street Fighter ) e Katsuhiro Harada (produtor de Tekken ). O grupo de convidados foi completado por Nolan Bushnell (o famoso criador do Atari), Charles Martinet (o dublador de personagens da Nintendo) e Daniel Pesina (o intérprete de lutadores da série Mortal Kombat ). E não faltaram oportunidades para que o público encontrasse cada uma dessas estrelas pois, pela primeira vez, foi promovido o BGS Summit, um ciclo de palestras com grandes nomes do mercado de games. O evento ocorreu um dia antes da abertura oficial da feira – era uma oportunidade ímpar para ficar de frente com essas lendas e absorver um pouco da experiência delas. And there were plenty of opportunities for the audience to meet each of these stars since, for the first time, there was the BGS Summit, a series of talks with big names in the gaming market. The event took place one day before the official opening of the fair – it was a unique opportunity to meet these legends and absorb some of their experience.
