In 2019, BGS was proud to bring for the first time to Brazil a very special trio: Steven Ogg, Esta página destaca mais dois importantes novos integrantes do Wall of Fame da BGS: D.C. Douglas, o dublador de Albert Wesker (vilão de Resident Evil ) e John Romero, que também foi premiado com o troféu Lifetime Achievement Award (junto dos icônicos Hidetaka Miyazaki e Gary Stern) Além de oferecer uma oportunidade única ao público de testar grandes lançamentos e até jogos que ainda estão em desenvolvimento, a BGS continua com seu forte compromisso de aproximar os fãs brasileiros de grandes nomes do mercado de videogames. O evento foi palco da primeira visita oficial ao Brasil de um trio muito ilustre: Steven Ogg, Shawn Fonteno e Ned Luke, os atores que deram vida com suas vozes e captura de movimentos aos protagonistas de Grand Theft Auto V – Trevor Philips, Franklin Clinton e Michael de Santa, respectivamente. Eles também deixaram as marcas de suas mãos no Wall of Fame da BGS. A BGS é uma verdadeira constelação de astros do mercado de videogames. O público conheceu de perto profissionais que ajudaram a criar os alicerces do desenvolvimento de jogos, como John Romero ( Wolfenstein , Doom e Quake ), Al Lowe ( Leisure Suit Larry ), Howard Scott Warshaw ( Raiders of the Lost Ark , Yar's Revenge e E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial ) e Ed Boon ( Mortal Kombat ), além de Hidetaka Miyazaki, pai do moderno gênero soulslike ( Dark Souls , Bloodborne , Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice ). Os célebres convidados participaram de encontros para tirar fotos e interagir com os fãs em disputados horários de Meet & Greet e ainda dividiram seu conhecimento e grandes histórias em diversas apresentações e entrevistas. They were also inducted into the BGS Wall of Fame. BGS is truly a constellation of stars from the gaming industry. Attendees were able to meet creators that helped building the foundations of game development, like John Romero (Wolfenstein 3D, Doom, Quake), Al Lowe (Leisure Suit Larry), Howard Scott Warshaw (Raiders of the Lost Ark, Yar’s Revenge, E.T.) and Ed Boon (Mortal Kombat). It also had a special appearance from Hidetaka Miyazaki (director of Demon’s Souls, Dark Souls, Bloodborne and Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice), father of what many people call a new genre named "soulslike". The special guests held meet & greet sessions to take pictures and talk with their fans, shared their knowledge and told great stories in panels and interviews.
