additional weight of the tree, my body wasn’t
carrying anything else it didn’t need. So I lost
8.8kg of fat (halving visceral fat) and
increased muscle mass by 3.05kg.”
RUNNING STYLE
“The 10km run wasn’t as hard as the
cycle, but fatigued and with weight now bearing down
on my shoulders in the heat I had to alter my technique.
The weight produces a greater cadence as your body
tries to improve stability and reduce injury risk,
